The item must not be damaged or washed

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Non-Refundable Items:
Customized or personalized prayer mats and baskets are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your location
Customized orders may take 5–7 working days for preparation before dispatch

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services due to unforeseen circumstances.
