Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received (for prepaid orders).

📦 Products & Custom Orders

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.

Customized products (including personalized prayer mats or baskets) are made according to customer requirements and therefore:

  • Cannot be canceled once the customization process has begun

  • Are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier service issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Customized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
